Shipping policy

  • Upon receipt of payment from the customer, Paragon Furniture is obligated to arrange delivery or pickup of the purchased goods within 7 days.
  • Orders must be picked up or agreed for delivery immediately upon arrival, failing to do so will result in $20 storage fee per day (10-Day grace period).
  • It is sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods during pickup or delivery. Once goods are accepted, no claims shall be accepted except manufacturer's warranty.
  • Purchaser will be charged redelivery fee if delivery attempt fails due to customer's absence.
  • Paragon Furniture is not responsible for product to fit inside customer's homes. It is solely the customer's responsibility that the product fits inside their home.
  • Products sold on 'Layaway' require 21 days notice for pick up or delivery.
  • Delivery dates are approximate and subject to contingencies beyond our control.
