Terms of service

  1. Minimum deposit of 25% to be paid by customer on all orders.
  2. No services will be provided for pick up.
  3. All orders are subject to approval by companies’ management.
  4. Paragon Furniture reserves the right to cancel orders based on availability.
  5. Purchaser acknowledges that warranty is valid with the manufacturer of the product, if purchased.
  6. All floor models and clearance models are sold ‘’as is’’.
  7. It is sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods during pickup or delivery. Once goods are accepted, no claims shall be accepted except manufacturer’s warranty.
  8. For products that cannot be inspected at the time of pickup/delivery (i.e., boxed/wrapped), exchange is only applicable if the merchandise received is reported defective via email within 14 days. Products must have original tags and packaging.
  9. There are no warranties or guarantees against ‘’wear and tear’’.
  10.  Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover transportation expenses.
  11. Paragon Furniture does not dispose off any waste/boxes of merchandise provided to customers.
  12. Customer is solely responsible for any furniture disposal.
  13. All deliveries are made by third party companies which Paragon Furniture is not responsible for.
  14. Paragon Furniture will not accept claims of any damages to property during delivery.
